Delivery Times
All of our weborders are dispatched on the morning of the following working day from which they are ordered.
For private customers Express delivery is usually 1st class royal mail postage (estimated delivery time 1-2 working days), standard delivery is usually second class postage (estimated delivery time is 3-4 working days).
School orders are also dispatched the following working day from
when the order is placed and are always sent out express
delivery.

Damaged or missing goods
Please inspect and check your books before signing. If there are
any missing or damaged titles please let us know within 5 working
days. We will then send replacement copies.
